1 tsp lemon zing

2 tsp salt
1 tsp newly ground dark pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper discretionary
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Embellish: new cilantro
Directions:
Curry Paste
Transform the tension cooker into sauté mode. Add oil, hacked onions, garlic, flavors, salt and pepper. Cook until onions become delicate and brilliant, for around 3 minutes.
